During demolition, Renovisions discovered significant water damage—pooled water beneath the shower, wet insulation, and a moldy subfloor. A full gut and rebuild with a proper waterproofing system was essential.

A custom walk-in shower with a half wall and frameless glass enclosure opened up the compact space. The polished large-format grey shower tile adds elegance, while coordinating penny tile on the shower floor adds texture. For added safety, the same tile was used in an unpolished finish on the bathroom floor.A 42-inch vanity in a soft ‘Putty’ finish offers generous storage and a warm, modern touch.

The result? A beautifully upgraded bath that feels fresh, stylish, and safe—much to the delight of the homeowner and his impressed guests.
