Creating Space, Enhancing Comfort

To expand the footprint, we cleverly borrowed unused square footage behind the toilet, allowing us to design a larger walk-in shower with a half wall and frameless glass enclosure—perfect for letting natural light from the skylight fill the room.

A free-standing soaker tub replaced the bulky built-in, improving flow and elegance. We added a Whisper Quiet heat/vent/light unit overhead to keep things cozy year-round.

Double vanities in a serene ‘Silver Mist’ matte finish offer ample storage, paired with custom framed medicine cabinets for a seamless look. The design is elevated by textured, multi-tone wavy shower tiles, a built-in niche, and a luxurious shower system featuring both a handheld and wall-mounted head with cross-handle trims.

This once dated bath now feels calm, functional, and timeless—tailored perfectly to the client’s needs and style.
