This outdated 70’s bath realizes a complete design transformation with a contemporary flair.
When a house has only one full bath, remodeling can be difficult with daily routines. Visiting the local YMCA was a convenient choice for this couple while their bathroom was being transformed.
Renovisions team de-constructed the space, removing the existing closet to create room for the vanity and linen tower. Removing the existing tub was also in the plan, opening up the floor space to accommodate a spacious walk-in shower with ceiling shower head and a separate handheld shower option. Our clients chose a warm colored gold and brown patterned quartz countertop with Kohler’s new vessel sink with an elongated faucet in chrome finish.
The neutral color porcelain wall and non-slip floor tile in a variation 4 pattern complimented the quartz countertop nicely and along with the Decorative grab bar provided peace of mind from any slippage in the shower area.
An Eco-friendly ‘Porcher’ high-performance toilet with streamline style and elegance our clients were looking for.
Before: Outdated, lacking storage, inefficient
After: State of the art, smart storage, energy efficient & ease of showering.
Interesting Note: Clients had a laundry chute to basement inside their old wood vanity; Renovisions Team was able to create that same convenience by custom building a new chute inside their new wood vanity. They were thrilled with the finish result!
