Owner’s Suite

While their home features traditional styling, the clients wanted a more transitional look with contemporary touches. At our showroom, they fell for a stunning blue with onyx glaze for the vanities, perfectly complementing Cambria countertops. The floor features 12” x 24” porcelain tiles resembling neutral limestone, harmonizing with the blue-gray slate-look shower walls and dramatic white-and-gray pebble floor and niche.

Renovisions worked closely with the homeowners and architect to address structural challenges, including installing new attic beams, relocating the attic staircase, repairing floor humps, and stabilizing squeaky joists. During construction, several mice nests were discovered, leading to removal of affected plywood and pest treatment.

Key design features include pocket doors, heated floors, radiator panels, floating vanities with rectangular vessel sinks, and a ceiling-mounted rain shower complemented by an additional shower head—blending comfort, style, and thoughtful functionality in one cohesive space.
