This 1721 antique home came with character—and three outdated bathrooms last renovated in the 1970s. Dark, closed-off, and lacking ventilation, the baths needed a major update to match the charm of the home.
The Renovisions team tackled the unique challenges of working in a centuries-old structure. We navigated tight attic access to install proper ventilation and replaced a deteriorating cast iron vent pipe with a modern PVC system—all without compromising the home’s integrity
The full bath was completely reimagined with a clean, classic New England aesthetic. A dated tub was replaced by a bright, open walk-in shower with a frameless by-pass glass door and chrome hardware. A vintage-style console vanity adds timeless elegance.
