An interesting request from this homeowner made beautiful sense!
His recently purchased home had a fabulous 2nd floor view of the ocean and that is exactly where he wanted his new kitchen “renovision” to overlook. This very unique plan required the bedrooms to move to the first floor while the kitchen/dining room area to re-locate to the 2nd floor.
The design included maple wood cabinetry with an antique white painted finish. Deep drawers, pull-out pantry cabinets, pull-out trash and a pull-up cabinet garage were highly sought after conveniences and gave this homeowner smart storage remedies as well as helped to reduce counter clutter.
The quartz countertops featured a rounded radius to provide a breakfast area situated nicely in front of the sliding doors that look directly onto the deck and the pretty view of the sand dunes.
A custom built-in hutch was fabricated, installed and finished with antique white paint to match the kitchen cabinets. Glass doors were installed to showcase the homeowner’s fine collectables and stemware. Also built-in was the wine refrigerator to accommodate guests and family who love to visit and enjoy the gorgeous vista!
