Simple Elegance, the Perfect Pairing
The client was referred to Renovisions because of the attention to details that make a difference in a project, and she wanted the job done right the first time.
The goal was to remove the large and under-utilized bathtub, builder-grade fiberglass shower stall and expand the walk-in shower into a more open and airy space. The client also wanted to create a luxurious feel while enjoying a spa-like experience right at home.

To expand the shower, it was necessary to open the wall between the existing shower and adjacent water closet. The wall was re-framed to add a pocket door to ensure unencumbered space while entering the shower. By removing the existing shower wall and using an all-glass shower enclosure, the light streams through the glass to create a brighter space while showering and serves to create an illusion of an even larger space.
The client chose dark bronze fixtures which look stunning against the beige marble tones on the shower wall tile and the natural elegance of the ivory mosaic mix of island stone pebbles on the shower floor.
Double vanity cabinets, make-up station and linen storage in custom Sherwin William color, ‘Cleary Sage’ provide plenty of storage, especially the tower that extends upward to the ceiling. The soft veining of the white quartz countertops promotes a clean aesthetic and adds elegance and serenity to the space. The matching custom framed all-glass medicine cabinet with interior sliding magnifying mirrors is not only functional but stylish and a wonderful added convenience the client loved.
